Medical interpretation
Medical interpretation is our speciality and it represents more than 80% of our work. We visit hospitals, health centres and radiology centres on a daily basis. We have an extensive knowledge of the Spanish health system, hospitals, medical centres, private clinics and their staff. We know the system, how things work, where to go and the people in charge. We can accompany you, represent you or assist you remotely. For emergencies we are available 24/7.
Daily life and miscellaneous
Living abroad is exciting. Still, there are situations which we encounter that can be challenging and/or unpleasant. The lack of awareness relating to procedures, what to do and the language barrier make those situations even more difficult to resolve for you and your family. Therefore, let us solve these types of problems too. We can accompany you, represent you or assist you remotely. For emergencies we are available 24/7.
Business and organisations
We offer solutions to organisations and companies from overseas, or those who work or deal with people from abroad in the sectors of transportation, insurance, tourism, property, events, etc…
If an incident or accident occurs, then we can help. If any unforeseen circumstance or setback arises, we will arrive at the scene to ensure effective communication between foreign people and the local emergency services, police, hospitals, courts or any other people necessary depending on the situation.
Tariff
For a small fee we can assist you in the event that you are admitted via A&E, we can get you the in-home help you require, help get your paperwork in order, have a deed legalised to be able to sell your house or even get discounts on fines… among many other things. There are so many occasions where we take care of everything and a few euros spent on our service will have been particularly profitable and well used.
Our tariffs are reasonable and the services we offer are charged on an hourly basis/part hourly. There is a fixed tariff for working days (between 8am and 7pm) and another for evenings, weekends and bank holidays. If the provided service carries additional costs such as travel expenses, parking, etc…, these expenses will be charged as well.
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
